Getting Ready
The first floor of the granary was put together with the guys in mind. It houses a pool table and is a great place to hang out and relax before the big day. The second floor of the granary, for the ladies, offers plenty of space to comfortably hold even the largest wedding parties. The changing room is complete with vanities and plenty of space for your hair and make-up specialists!
Take Photos

Ceremony
Nothing is better than Exchanging vows before family and friends, surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of Almquist Farm. In the event of rain or other uncomfortable weather conditions, we can easily move your ceremony inside to our air conditioned and elegantly appointed Rustic Wedding Barn!
Cocktail Hour
Your ceremony is done and it is time to celebrate! We have our own liquor license and run a fully stocked bar. We like good wine at Almquist Farm and serve better wine than you typically see at a wedding. All of our wine is served in glass stemware for an enjoyable experience. We serve a wide selection of local craft beer as well as the popular light beers. If you prefer, toast the special occasion with an Almquist Old Fashioned or your own special signature drink.
Dinner
You have a couple of options for dinner. If you get a beautiful evening and would like to have dinner on the lawn next to the wedding barn, we will have it ready. This isn’t something you need to decide until the day before your wedding. Our heated and air-conditioned indoor space makes for a great dinner experience regardless of the weather.
Dancing
The wedding barn has a large built-in dance floor to accommodate the largest of groups. There is plenty of space and power for a band or DJ, or dance the night away to dueling pianos, sure to be a big hit.
Sunsets
Sunset photos are a highlight of the day at Almquist Farm. With 70 acres as a palette, photographers capture some amazing sunset shots. Schedule this into your day so you don’t miss it!
Bonfire
As the sun sets and the evening cools, relax in the glow of the bonfire. We get the fire going and supply the wood for a nice retreat from the dancefloor to visit with those friends and relatives you haven’t seen for so long.
